Australians of the Year advocates for sun-safe behaviour and melanoma prevention

Congratulations to Professor Georgina Long AO and Professor Richard Scolyer AO – their contribution to cancer research globally is changing the lives of people around the world.

We celebrate the achievements of these melanoma treatment pioneers but importantly advocate, like Professor Long and Scolyer, for prevention and early detection of melanoma and other forms of skin cancer.

Here at DermScreen we are working closely with NSW Health, Cancer Council NSW and other key stakeholders to save lives from melanoma, known as Australia's national cancer.
